Privacy notice

Bracketed fields are placeholders — replace them and have a solicitor review before publishing.

This notice explains what Vantry & Co. does with the information you give us when you ask for the Meridian brochure, book a viewing, or write to us. It is written to be read, not to be survived.

Who we are

Vantry & Co. Limited, [company number 00000000], registered at [registered address, London]. We are the data controller for this website and for the Meridian sales process. Our data protection contact is [name], reachable at privacy@meridian.london.

What we collect

Only what you type: your name, email address, telephone number if you give it, the residence you are interested in, and your timeframe. If you request a viewing we also keep the date we offered and whether you came.

We do not run advertising trackers on this site. We keep basic, aggregated analytics — pages viewed and rough location by country — which cannot identify you.

Why we hold it

To send you the brochure you asked for, to follow it up once, and to arrange a viewing if you want one. Our lawful basis is legitimate interest: you approached us about buying a home, and answering you is the obvious consequence.

If you ask us to stop, we stop. There is no marketing list to leave, because we do not run one.

Who else sees it

Our sales agent, [agent name], and nobody else. We do not sell, rent, or share your details with third parties, developers, brokers, or finance providers. Our email is sent through [email provider] and our records are kept in [CRM], both under contract and both inside the [UK/EEA].

How long we keep it

Twenty-four months from your last contact with us, then we delete it. If you buy, we keep what we must for the conveyance and for statutory purposes, and no more.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to us holding it at all. Write to privacy@meridian.london and we will answer within thirty days. If we get it wrong you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies

This site sets only what it needs to work. We do not set advertising or profiling cookies. [If you add analytics or a chat widget before launch, list them here and add a consent banner.]

Changes

If this notice changes we will date the new version at the top of this page. [Material changes will be emailed to anyone on the enquiry record.]
