These terms cover this website and the marketing material on it. They are not the contract for buying a home at Meridian — that is a separate document, drawn by solicitors, and nothing here forms part of it.

The particulars

Everything on this site — the images, the plans, the elevations, the areas, the guide prices and the availability — is provided for guidance only. It does not constitute an offer, a warranty, or a contract, and it is not a statement or representation of fact under the Misrepresentation Act 1967.

Computer-generated images and photography are indicative. They show an artist’s or photographer’s interpretation and may differ from the finished building in finish, planting, furniture, outlook, and light.

Areas and dimensions

Floor areas are measured in accordance with the RICS Code of Measuring Practice and are approximate. Plans are dimensioned to the structural line and are not to scale. Final areas are confirmed on completion and may vary by up to 3%. A residence should never be bought on the basis of a stated area alone.

Prices and availability

Guide prices are correct at the date shown and may change without notice. Availability moves daily. Nothing on this site reserves a residence; a reservation is effective only when a reservation form is signed and the reservation fee is received by [solicitor / agent].

The floor selector on this site is an illustration. The views, elevations, aspects and availability it shows are modelled, not photographed from the finished building, and outlook may be altered by third-party development that we neither own nor control.

Specification

The developer reserves the right to substitute materials, appliances, and finishes for others of equal or better quality without notice, as construction requires.

Intellectual property

The Meridian name, the drawings, the photography and the text on this site belong to Vantry & Co. Limited or its consultants. You may read, print, and share it. You may not republish or reuse it commercially without written permission.

Liability

We take care to keep this site accurate, but we do not warrant that it is free of error or always available. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on it. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
