The plan is drawn from the outside in. Meridian’s rotation puts the long glazing line on open water, so the living room is placed against it and everything that does not need a view — the bathrooms, the plant, the stores — is pushed to the core.
Delivered with fumed oak floors, honed stone thresholds, and a kitchen in bronze-anodised aluminium with a single stone run. Nothing is landlocked. There is no borrowed light in this residence, and no room you pass through to reach another.
Plans are indicative and dimensioned to the structural line. Final areas are measured to RICS Code of Measuring Practice and confirmed on completion.
